Terms of Use
Using this site
Version 2026-10-15. This is the version recorded against your account if you signed up on or after that date. The number is shared with the Privacy Policy, which changed on 2026-10-15 too. Clause 9 changed on 2026-10-15, because you can now add a picture to your account: it says what a picture may not be, that we may remove one, and where to report one; it takes effect with the release of the site that carries it. Before that the number moved on 2026-10-11 because clause 5 changed: the dashboard now shows an estimate for one coin’s first two weeks, labelled as an estimate; it takes effect with the release of the site that carries it. Before that the number moved on 2026-10-06, 2026-10-05, 2026-10-04, 2026-10-03, 2026-10-02, 2026-10-01, 2026-09-30, 2026-09-29, 2026-09-23, 2026-09-21 and 2026-09-17 because that policy changed — these terms did not, and their text was unchanged from 2026-09-15 until 2026-10-11. Clauses 4 and 5 changed on 2026-09-13 to cover a projected figure the dashboard now shows; clause 5 changed on 2026-09-14 because that figure is shown in money rather than in tokens, and again on 2026-09-15 because you can now choose how far ahead it looks.
1. What these terms cover
They cover pineomics.com, app.pineomics.com and the free account you can create on the dashboard. Together we call that “the site”.
They are an agreement about using a website. They are not an investment agreement, an offer to sell anything, or an invitation to buy anything, and they do not make us your adviser or put us in a fiduciary relationship with you.
2. Who we are
Pineomics operates this site, from the Netherlands.
Pineomics
Keizersgracht 572
1017 EM Amsterdam
Netherlands
You can reach us at privacy@pineomics.com.
3. Accepting these terms
Using the site means you accept these terms. If you create an account you accept them explicitly, and we record which version you accepted and the moment you did — see the Privacy Policy.
If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You are welcome to read every figure without an account either way.
4. The figures are information, not advice
Everything published here — holders revenue, yields, APY, AUM, every chart, and the one projected figure described in clause 5 — is published for information.
It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to do anything. A yield we show for a past or present period is not a promise about a future one. A figure we show for a future period is not a promise either. It is arithmetic on one assumption, we print that assumption beside it, and the assumption has been wrong before — we say when, and by how much. Decide for yourself, and take professional advice suited to your own circumstances before acting.
5. Where the figures come from
They are computed on our servers from public sources — DefiLlama, CoinGecko and THORChain’s Midgard among them. Those sources go down, publish late, revise, or occasionally publish something we cannot believe.
When a measured figure cannot be computed from what a source actually supplied, we show “—” in its place. We would rather show you nothing than show you a number nobody published. Even so, we do not guarantee that any figure is accurate, current or complete.
Two figures are not measured, and we label each so wherever it appears. The first is the projected yield on your portfolio page, computed by us from your own recorded holdings and the rate the last thirty days actually paid. No source publishes it, and it describes something that has not happened. We fence it rather than dress it up: it stops at a horizon you choose and never runs past one year — the furthest our own records can be replayed against — it is drawn as a dashed line behind a marker showing the day our measurements stop, it is shown together with the range this same assumption actually produced when we replayed it against our own records, and it names no date on which anything is repaid. Where a holding cannot be projected we say so, and why, instead of showing you a zero; where one of your holdings has no price we can use, we show no projected total at all rather than one quietly missing it.
The projection is shown in money, and that carries a second assumption we should name: it values future earnings at today's prices, which will change. We show it this way because it covers all your holdings at once, and different tokens cannot be added together any other way. The range shown beside it was measured with that assumption included, so it is the range of what this method actually produced — not the range of the rate alone. Read the whole thing as arithmetic on two stated assumptions: not a forecast, not a target, and not a figure anybody published.
The second is an estimate for a coin’s first days, where they came before anything we can measure. NEARKAT’s holders were paid from an account shared between many coins from 7 to 20 September 2026, so what they received cannot be measured. For each of those days we show an estimate, worked out by us from the coin’s own fees that reached that account and the share of its takings the account paid out. No source publishes it. It is drawn and worded as an estimate wherever it appears, and it is never added into a total, a yield, your portfolio or a shared card.
6. Your account
An account is free, and every figure on the dashboard is free without one. An account exists so you can keep a yield portfolio of your own.
- Give accurate details, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person.
- You must be 18 or over.
- If you think somebody else has got into your account, email privacy@pineomics.com.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- break into any part of the site, or try to;
- disrupt or overload it, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
- harvest it in bulk, or republish or resell the data as your own product;
- use it to do anything unlawful, or to impersonate anyone.
Telling us about a security problem you found in good faith is welcome, and is not a breach of this section.
8. Availability
We make no promise about uptime, and we may change how the site works at any time. If we withdraw the dashboard or accounts altogether, we will give reasonable notice first and a way to take your data with you.
9. What you enter, and what is ours
Anything you enter stays yours. We store it to show it back to you, and for nothing else — we do not sell it, and we do not use it to market anything.
If you add a picture to your account, it must be one you have the right to use. Do not use a picture of another person without their consent, or anything unlawful. We may remove a picture that breaks this rule, without asking you first. To report a picture, email privacy@pineomics.com.
The site itself — its text, design, code, name and marks — belongs to us, apart from anything we have credited to somebody else.
10. Ending it
Stop using the site whenever you like. To close your account, email privacy@pineomics.com and we will delete it and everything in it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. We will tell you why, and you can reply to that decision at the same address — if we got it wrong, we will put it right.
11. No warranty, and what we are liable for
The site is provided as it is, free of charge. So far as Dutch law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for any decision you take on the strength of a figure published here.
That limit goes no further than the law allows it to. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury, for intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if you are using the site as a consumer, nothing here takes away a right Dutch or EU consumer law gives you.
12. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the version and date at the top of this page change with them. Your account keeps a record of the version you accepted, so it always points at the text you were actually shown rather than at whatever replaced it.
If a change is material, we will bring it to your attention on the site before it takes effect for you, and you are free to close your account instead of accepting it — at no cost and with no consequence.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
If you are using the site as a consumer, that does not cut anything away from you: you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. We can only sue a consumer in their own country.
